Do healing peptides like BPC-157 work?

Not yet. The entire published human record on BPC-157, the most injected healing peptide, is 1 small study of 12 patients, with no human safety data. Rodents heal. Humans have barely been tested. Non-approved peptides with a large human trial: 0. In July 2026 an FDA panel shaped by RFK Jr. recommended 6 of 7 peptides for prescription compounding anyway, 8 votes to 6, against the FDA's own scientists: a recommendation, not an approval. My call: BPC-157 gets its first 1,000-person trial by 2030, or the market learns nobody will fund one.
